How Long Does The Blood Clot In Gonadal Vein Take To Resolve?

Hi, I had a blood clot that lasted almost 1 yr. I was told it was resolved... It was in my gonadal vein rt side ovary... Leads to my heart. It s been since jan 20th that my doctors said its resolved. I m having the same pain in my side as I did when diagnosed... What are the chances of it re clotting in that vein? I know my clot is very rare and dangerous... So I m worried.
