How Long Does The Fissure On The Foreskin Take To Cure?

Hi, I m 23 years old and few days ago I bought plastic vagina from sex shop. Apparently it was too small for me, and because I still have foreskin on my penis, I went little too hard on the toy and my foreskin went back a little too far and created fissure on the downside at the head of my penis. I started bleeding so much, because my penis was erected, and I felt like I/m passing out. I quickly went to my fridge and took some iced vegetables and put it on that spot with a small pressure, after 30 min. of keeping the pressure with the iced vegetable the bleeding completely stopped. Tomorrow I copuld pie normally and everything is ok now. Two days passed from that accident and when I put my foresking back in non-erected condition I can see that little of my skin that was downside on the beginning of my penis i pulled down, and it hangs, just to say, it s moveable and it hangs. So how much time does it need to pass untill I can have sex again, and is this condition that I have now with my foreskin, gonna result in not be able to have sex, or I may bleed again on that spot or not??? Please help and be more precise as possible in explaning my condition and what can I do, and also if I really need to see a doctor or not.
