How Long Is It Advisable To Take Amox Clav And Prednisone For Bronchitis?

I went to the doctors Monday found out I have bronchitis and upper respiratory she put me on amox clav and Prednisone 10 mg. my question is when should I go back after taking my medicine and not feeling any better? Here it s Wednesday and I m just hurt all over.
