How Long It Would Take To Cure The Fungal Infection?

I am 53 years old female and have been diagnosed with body fungal infection in different areas: Top of legs, under breast and waistline. I have been using Daktacort cream sine a couple of weeks, it seems to be getting better but have not totally cleared. Is that Ok? Does it take time? I do seem to sweat more possibly due to hormonal changes. Any advice as to how long it will take to clear up? Thanks
