How Long May I Stay On The Inhaler Without Having

How long may I stay on the inhaler without having adverse reactions?
My insurance company and many others that I need to consider as I am on medicare advantage plans do not cover Flovent as a med, however, I have found it works for me. Help me find an insurance co. for medicare that will cover this drug. I am in Pennsylvania and travel to Florida.
