How Long Might It Take To Conceive With A Cyst And Endometrial Lining After Ectopic Pregnancy And Right Tube Removal?

I had an ectopic pregnancy last year in June and my right side fallopian tube was removed and now I have cyst(2.5cm) in the left side and 0.8 endometrial lining . I live in Canada and here my gynecologist did not gave any medicine and ask me to keep trying to conceive. I am trying but no result. I consult with an Indian gynecologist friend of mine and she suggested me Charak and Gugulu. I started taking those for 2 weeks. How long it can take me to get pregnant? Shall I follow my doctor here or go for these ayurvedic medicine?
