How Long Should BP Medication Be Continued?

Sir, I am start taking Triolmezest 40 (in morning) and Rosove 5 (in Night) for past two and half months. Now my BP is lowering from 150/105 to 135/84 in Just 2.5 months. Can it possible to give up BP Medicine now or I have to take BP medicine life long..?
