How Long Should I Take Progestin While Having Adenomyosis, Fibroids And Endometrial Hyperplasia?

I am a 52 years old female with Adenomyosis, Multiple Fibroids (biggest 6cm) and Endometrial Hyperplasia. I have heavy menses and irregular bleeding. Now taking Progestin for 21 days. I still continue to bleed but not much. How long shall i take Progestin? I am not keen on a Hysterectomy. What else can i do?
