How Long Should I Take Inhalers, Tablets And Nasal Sprays For Phlegm?

I am having flem in my chest and nose for last four months. I was given some inhalers,tablets and nasal sprays which I have been using for a month. Although eased to a certain extent the problem is still there. How long do I have to take these medizenes. Thank You in advance
