How Long Should It Take For Mupirocin And Demeclocycline To Treat A Staph Infection On My Foreskin?

Hi, I recently was checked out at a clinic and was told that I have a small staph infection on my penis around the foreskin. I was prescribed Mupirocin ointment and demeclocycline. How until I should see some relief. I’ve been on this course of treatment for about a week now with no change. Should I try a new antibiotic?
