How Long Should Medications For Heroin Addiction Be Continued?

I m taking tramadol 100 mgmg 3 times a day . helidol .5 twice a day benfomed forte once renitidone twice lonazep 2 mg three times a day from last one month for deaddiction of heroin. I was injecting heroin app 1 gm daily from last 3 yrs before that I took opium for app. 10 yrs plz suggest for how much more time shall I continue this medicine and what r side effects of long term use. Also still sometimes i have strong feeling of taking heroin. Y is it if I m already taking meding.
