How Long Should One Take Navidoxine For Nausea And Vomiting During Pregnancy?

When i was 7weeks pregnant my doctor prescribed navidoxine twice daily because I have extreme nausea and I vomit alot I can t drink water without vomiting.now I m 12 weeks and I want to stop the medication because another doctor said I should stop. Plz need your advise
