How Long The Withdrawal Symptoms Of Sleeping Pills Last?

Let me start off by saying I smoke weed that s how this came about. i took anywhere between 30000 and 50000 mg of diphenhydramine over a two month period. I was out of weed one day so I asked my friend if he had any he said no but he told me taking about five or six sleeping pills would get me high and it did but only for a few hours so I d end up taking about 24 threw out the day not realizing it had side effects till the one day I did not take them I got sick so I completely stopped taking them and looked up the ingredients most of the side effects stopped but every once in a while I get sick or I ll be really tired for no reason all day long and when I bend over I get like a vibrating sensation in my abdomen like if you hold onto a creaky door and keep opening and closing it if that makes any sense I want to know if this stuff will go away
