How Long Will Flucloxacillin Take To Cure Folliculitis?

Hi, I have been prescribed Flucloxacillin for Folliculitis, one 500mg tablet four times a day. I have just finished my third day and don t see any improvement in the rash and I have lost my voice as well. How long will it take for the antibiotics to start working?
