How Long Will It Take To Treat Folliculitis?

I recently had laser hair removal treatment over my entire face. I had the treatment numerous times but, apparently my luck ran out with experience personnel. I have redness and and small white, pus like bumps on my face. The doctor told me that I have Folliculitis and prescribed antibotics (Mupriocin and Cephalexin). When should I see results and is there any type of anti-bacterial face wash I can use to help dry these little suckers up or at least help the healing process?
