How Long Will Labia Stitches Take To Heal?

i had a baby just over 3 weeks ago, had 5 labia stitches which i was told were dissolvable......they appear not to b dissolving any when soon. how long should i leave it i can feel that they are here more now than i could before they are not really painful but just a pain that they are not gone like they should of been within 7-10days according to the midwife who did them.
