How Long Will The Cramps And Leg Pain Last After Inserting Mirena Coil?

I had the Marena coil fitted last night, I hypoventilated after as my body went into shock. Since last night I have had servere cramping contractions in lower stomach and leg pain. I am taking ibuporofen and paracetamol. How long is normal for this to last.
