How Low Should A Pulse Go Before Calling People In?

Yes, my grandma is in a nursing home and we have hospice coming and going. How low can her pulse go, before I should start calling in people? it was at 206 a min and has been fallen ever since - this morning it was 120 and 2 hours ago it was 72. Please help. Would it be around 50
