How many Ibuprofen 200 mg capsules for a dose do I need to take to prevent altitude sickness (ski trip to Mammoth Mountain). It is reported that 3-4 600 ml doses works starting 1 day ahead and continued for 3 days. Can't figure out how to translate this. Jeanne Emery
