How Many Days After Stitches On Hand Be Swimming Resumed?

I got my implanon implant taken out on Friday and the nurse put butterfly stitches over it and put bandages around my arm, when will I take the butterfly stitches off and when will I be okay to go swimming again ?? I just don t want it getting infected
