How Many Doses Of Injections Should Be Taken For Low Level Of HB During Pregnancy?

i am 35 weeks pregnant...and suggested for orofer s iv injection for atleast 3 doses from now to delivery....and i am with 8.4%of hb....there is no other complaint in my case sheet except...this low level of hb....how safe is to accept these much doses of iv injections....this is frightening me....can any of u pls explain me the purpose and necessity of this iv injections....that would be a great help
