How Much Folic Acid Is Too Much? I Was Anemic

How much folic acid is too much? I was anemic and have a severe case of RA. I was put on folic acid to help my hair from falling out so much. 5 tablets a day. I am not on methotrexate now but on pain meds and another ra drug. I take a lot of other vitamins, stool softeners and iron. Thanks.
