How Much Glucose Should Be Taken During Pregnancy?

I am pregnant and my 7th month is started yesterday. I went to the dr. and she said for the Glucose . AS per her advise i already take 3 bottles but again she is insisting for 3 more bottle. Is it very essential or I can recover it with another things
