How Often I Can Take Ercefuryl?

I was wondering how often you can take Ercefuryl 200mg? I have taken it for parasite infection 2 weeks ago and all cleared up, but now for 4 days I have diahrrea again and I know i have another parasite or many, can I take more of this drug less than 2 weeks apart??? I am on mission work in Cambodia.
