How Often Can Lasix Be Used?

How often can I use Lasix? I am 84 years old and currently under hospice care as my aortic heart valve is closing. My lungs are an issue as I have aspergillus, copd, emphysema and pseudomonas. I find that, even with keeping my feet elevated a good part of the time that I need to use the Lasix three days every other week.
