How often is PSA level related to have the DRE before blood draw. IM 70 and have never been above 3.4
2015 DRE and then blood draw 4.99 at annual physical
Say urologist who had me wait 2 weeks before blood draw and also said no ejaculation for 4-5 days

6 months later - no DRE and no ejaculation for 5 days PSA 3.3
Last month at annual physical had the DRE and then the blood draw and also had ejaculation 2 days before and PSA was 6.9
One year follow up with urologist next month.
