How Often People Die Due To Heart Attack Post Open Heart Surgery?

My father died at 62 yrs not sure if its a cardiac arrest or a hear attack. He suddenly collapsed and took him to hospital and was declared dead. He had open heart surgery at the age of 59 yrs and was taking insulin for diabetes. No BP. How often people die due to heart attack or cardiac arrest post Open heart surgery.
