How Quickly Can Xanax And Klonopin Be Discontinued Without Any Withdrawal Symptoms?

I have been taking about .5mg of Xanax every other day for about 7 years and .75 mg of Klonopin two to three times a week. I was thinking about getting off these medications altogether. With these dosages, how quickly can I safely discontinue usage of both Xanax and Klonopin? Also, does either one have more unpleasant withdrawal symptoms? Thanks, Matt
