How Reliable Is TB PCR Test In Detection Of TB?

After a surgery for removal of uterine fibroid, I have tested positive for a TB PCR test and started medication on my gynaecologist's advice since last 10 days. Should I consult another specialist as I've read about the unreliability of this test......?
