How Reoccurring Fever With Headaches, Back And Neck Pain Be Treated?

23 y/o female with 101.2 fever reoccurring after Tylenol/ Ibuprofen wears off. Lower back pain ,neck stiffness and pain that shoots down my legs. Urine is cloudy but is not malodorous. Fatigue and terrible headache please help. Also I'm breastfeeding & postpartum 7 months
