How Safe Do You Really Believe Prolia Is For Ostroporosis?

How safe do you really believe Prolia is for ostroporosis? I have 3 compression fractures that started with 1 and then ended up with 3 in my lumbar back and 2 in my thoracic back, I decided to let them heal on their own instead of having the procedure vertbroplasty done. But My doctor wants me to take the Prolia infusion as well, in which the side effects are frightening especially the infections I might be more exposed to.. Last year I had Sepsis/SIRS from a UTI infections. It took me over a year to get well.
