How Safe Is Bunion Surgery At 80 Amidst Undergoing Hystrectomy And Mitral Valve Replacement?

My wife has had the following surgeries: 1971-hysterectomy, 1995 - liver transplant, 2002 - both knees replaced, 2013 - mital valve replacement. All were successful. Now at age 80 she is comtemplating having
a bunion surgerically removed. Is there a limit on how many times one can undergo anesthesia without
suffering brain damage?
