How Safe Is Laser Surgery, For Brown Spots On Face?

Please type your query here...i m 30 yrs old n have hypothyroid and pcod i have a daughter of 3 years old ,now from last 5 months there are lot of brown spots appearing on my face near the eyes i m using lorreal day n night crems n always putting sunscreen what is the reason n how i can remove this i dnt want to go for laser treatment on such early age?
