How Safe Is Lasik Surgery With Scleral Buckle Post Cataract Surgery?

is lasik surgery possible with a scleral buckle in place ;also there is some slight macular wrinkling .i;ve had cataract sugary about a year and half ago and my vision was great first time i passed a vision test without any corrective lenses then i developed pvd and had to under go retinal surgery and my vision has changed it;s very annoying can lasik help?
