How Safe Is Taking Amisulpride For Schizophrenia?

My wife was diagnosed Schizophrenic two years back. She was given medication - a combination of Risper and Benzex. It was tapered off and she is off medication. Her suicidal thoughts, tendencies and even attempt didn t go away. She always talks of death as escape. Recently she was given Amisulpride 50 mg twice a day. Her sensation didn t go away that drive her to think of death. Is there any help
