How Safe Is Taking Cerazette Tablet?

i was taking cerazette for about 8 months with no problems, then it got discontinued, i then wet on noiday with spotting, then cerazette came back on the market so been taking it now for 4 months, but had no bleeding for first month but now been bleeding for 3 weeks, now getting head achs an dizzy spells, please help
