How Safe Is Taking Cranpac With Alfoo And Doxy For Chronic Prostatitis?

Sir, I am 40 yrs old men (Married and I have two children ) and I am suffering from chronic prostatitis since from last one and half years.
( 1 ) first time (Dec. 2012) E- coli groth on culture in Urine test( 2 ) First time Urethral Swab ( Jan 13 ) test show Coagulase Positive staphylococci grown on Urethral swab Culture.( 2 ) Second time (July 13) again show Significant number of E.coli grown on culture in Urine test. ( 3 ) Third time not show E.coli (Aug 13) grown on culture in urine test ( due to medicine effect ).( 4 ) but in Semen culture show again & again Coagulase Positive staphylococci grown. at present urine culture test showed no infection but semen test shows Coagulase Negative staphylococcus grown in culture.’, PSA test is normal (.35 ng/ml)I mention i got vericocele because i have a bag of coil fibre like substances in my scrotum on the left side near the testes,( few dilated veins are seen at the root of left testis. )Ultra Sonography finding (Oct 12) are suggestive of = PROSTATOMEGALY BPH GRADE- 1 st      but in MRI report (Aug 2013)• Prostate is normal in size and shows homogeneous signal intensity. No focal or diffuse lesion is seen. Periprostatic fat planes are maintained. •The Urinary bladder shows a smooth contour. No Intravesical Mass or Calculus is seen.• Both seminal vesicles are normal.•No evidence of significant lymphadenopathy.• No free fluid is seen in the pelvis.•The Osseous Structures appear unremarkable.I have taken treatment of homopathic & also from urologist but till no effect. I am suffering from following problems. 1.     Pain in Lower back, all joints, and pain in upper inside portion of thighs & Bones.2.Abdominal pain3.Burning sensation after urination.4.Weak urinary stream.5.Weak ejaculation6.Sensation of not emptying bladder completely after urination.7. L D L Cholesterol is High (160) and total Lipid is 800 I take following Medicine since last three week( 1 ) Alfoo ( 2) Doxy Latest report semen culture show that No inflation in semen but urine test show pus cells 2-3.Now I have face a new problem that white discharges after urine when passing of Stool.I have also loss my weight approx 9 KG in last three month. I have have low blood pressure, have ever fainted or felt dizzy when I get up from a sitting or lying down position.Sir My question is chronic prostatitis is treatable or not if Yes How much time taken for treat or Can I take Cranpac with Alfoo ( 1/2) and Doxy ( 1 )
