How Safe Is Taking Flucloxacillin Capsules For Infected Cyst Under Breast?

Hi, I am currently taking Flucloxacillin 500mg Capsules for an infected cyst which is underneath my right breast. I have been taking them since Friday, but there has been no improvement and I am in a lot of pain still. How long should it take for the tablets to work?
