How Safe Is Taking Ibuprofen And Hydrocodone For Body Pain?

I had fallen and hurt the ride side of my body. My doctor told me to take Hydrocodone/Acetominophen for it. She also gave me 800 mg. of Ibuprofen to take for the pain. Which one of these should I take? Which one of these medicines are safe to take? If not, should I Call and talk with my doctor? YYYY@YYYY
