How Safe Is Taking Plavix Over Lipitor With History Of Having An Heart Attack?

I had a heart attack last year at the age of 48 and had a stint place in that was medicated, I ve been taking Brilinta with Lipitor until just recently, my appt with my cardiologist he changed me from Lipitor to plavix. I have been taking this new combo for 4 days and for the last 48 hours I have had some tingling and sounds in my head that sounds like a metal brush lighthty tapping on a cymbal. Is this normal and should I be concerned?
