How Safe Is Taking Prolia Over Actonel ?

Hi, my mom is on Actonel for the last 10 years; now her Dr. said it should be change to Prolia (injection, once every 6 months) since Actonel will not work the same if she is using it too long. Is this true? If yes, what do you think about using Prolia?
