How Safe Is Taking Prolia Shots To Treat Osteoporosis?

I had 2 shots of Prolia, then had some dental issues and it seemed as if the local dentists were wary of treating me because of the possible side effect of jaw necrosis with use of Prolia. Is this a real risk? I stopped taking any more shots. My next bone density scan did not show improvement, but an increase in status from osteopenia to osteoporosis. My rheumatologist stated that only 2 shots were probably not enough to make a difference . I now need to make a decision on a treatment for my osteoporosis. My choices are try Prolia again, reclast or forteo. Do any of these drugs get better results?
