How Safe Is Taking Quinoderm Cream For Acne On Skin?

hello, i have acne mostly on my chin on the side below my cheeks and on my neck. I used erythromycin for 3/4 months as told by doctors wthic reduced my acne but now that i dont use that anymore, the acne has returned. I am thinking about using quinoderm cream (10% benzoyl peroxide) to treat it. I wanted to know whther its suitable for all skin colours and whether it can lead to dependancy, plus would you advice anything else for the problem
