How Safe Is Taking Tylenol For Severe Headache?

I have the flu.. Taking Tamiflu. Have had it since last Sunday 8th. I have a horrible headache and want to know if there is anything other than Tylenol or Ibuprophen that I can take. Since last night I am taking Tylenol Exra Strength, because it s the strongest over the counter I can find for pain .In the house I have access to etidikac 299 capsules for a former prescription, not sure if that is a good option?
