How Safe Is Taking Xylometazoline For Nasal Congestion?

I am a 28 yr old boy.i have done a surgery to my nose for DNS 10 yrs back.My nasal congestion continued for 3 years post surgery.however things were better suddenly.
Now since last 10-15 days i am witnessing the same problem again.i am again using xylometazoline nasal drops now.i am worried.please help.
