How Safe Is Using Compound W Freeze Off To Remove Wart On Leg?

I used Compound W Freeze Off to remove a wart on my leg. It became slightly inflamed so I made sure to clean it with alcohol and then peroxide. The infection seemed to be going away but I was still having problems with irritation, mainly because clothes would rub up against the area. I started putting neosporin and a band aid over the area to protect it. It is not red all around the area with what I assume are hives. My sister has a severe latex allergy so I am wondering if that is the problem here. I have stopped using the band aids and neosporin but I am wondering if this is something I need to go to a doctor for right now, or should I wait and see if it clears up?
