How Safe Is Using Skinlite Cream For Skin Lightening?

I m using skinlite (hydroquinone+tretinoin+mometasone furoate) cream since 3 year, my face became fairer than before it really works but now days my skin is become darker. but when i leave it or i don t use it..face becomes pale and more darkness are there so what should i do...pls suggest
