How Safe Is Using Systane Ultra Eye Drops?

My ophthalmologist has recommended that I use Systane Ultra eye drops containing Polyethylene Glycol and Polypropylene Glycol in my eyes on a daily basis. I am concerned whether this is safe compared to eye drops such as Refresh eye drops which contain Carboxymethylcellulose, sodium and Glycerin.
