How Safe Is Using Tranexa For Irregular Periods And Weight Gain?

Hi doctor , I am 42 yrs old.. Having irregular cycles from past 7 months , with clots passed.. Used progesterone ( modus) for 3 months ... Weight gain about 9 kilos... Still I hav that prob... Now m Using tranexa... To undergo d n c on Monday... I hav joint pains on my knuckles which started wen using tranexa... Pls let me knw if it's really due to tranexa... Do u further suggest go hysterectomy ??
