How Safe Is Using Eukroma Plus For Dark Patches On Face?

am 22 and having dark patches on my facial skin.i have been using eukroma Plus for 2 months now.this is the onle cream that actually helped me to look fair and clen.added to this i have fair skin all over my body except my face.so now my question is that is it safe to use Eukroma Plus for a long time.Or else how can i improve my skin tone and dark patches.
